Grabenwies

The Grabenwies project in Zurich created modern, forward-looking living spaces on an existing residential site. As part of a replacement development, four apartment buildings with a total of 50 units and a shared underground parking garage were constructed. The new development replaces the existing structures and offers contemporary living spaces that meet today’s standards for comfort, functionality, and quality of life.

As the general contractor, HRS Real Estate AG was responsible for the project’s implementation and ensured compliance with the agreed-upon cost, quality, and schedule targets. Developed in accordance with Minergie principles, the development underscores the commitment to sustainable and resource-efficient construction. Grabenwies has created a modern residential complex that generates long-term added value for residents, property owners, and the neighborhood.
