Guillermaux

With the Guillermaux project in Payerne (VD), a modern and versatile district is being developed, combining living, working, and community services in a harmonious way. At the heart of the project are three residential rental buildings with a total of 40 apartments, offering contemporary living spaces in an attractive location.

The project is complemented by administrative offices as well as a daycare center, meeting the needs of families and professionals while creating a dynamic environment with short daily distances.

A public underground parking facility ensures convenient accessibility, while the newly designed public park in front of the buildings provides space for social interaction, relaxation, and leisure.
