With the project at Halden- and Stationsstrasse 18/20 in Brüttisellen, HRS has created a modern residential complex that combines contemporary architecture, high-quality living, and sustainable construction. The new replacement building has created attractive living space in a central location and sets new standards for comfortable and energy-efficient living.

The development comprises 15 high-quality apartments as well as a single-story pavilion for a daycare center. The design concept is complemented by an underground parking garage, which enables efficient access and optimal use of the property. Spacious floor plans, bright living areas, and expansive balconies create a pleasant living environment and offer residents a high level of comfort.

Special attention was paid to sustainable construction and long-term value retention. The project’s implementation in accordance with the MINERGIE standard ensures high energy efficiency and resource-conserving operation. At the same time, the development blends harmoniously into the existing neighborhood and makes a valuable contribution to the qualitative development of Brüttisellen as a residential location.

HRS executed the project as the general contractor with full cost, quality, and schedule guarantees and supported the client from planning through to completion.
