Haldenstrasse 15 - 25

The Haldenstrasse 15–25 project in Wetzikon involved the comprehensive modernization and sustainable renovation of an existing residential complex dating from the 1970s. The goal of the renovation was to improve the quality of life for residents, ensure the long-term preservation of the building stock, and bring the property up to contemporary living standards. Through the targeted renewal of key structural components, the development’s appeal was sustainably enhanced.

As part of the work, three apartment buildings with a total of 36 units were comprehensively renovated. In addition to the renewal of the facades and windows, the balconies were also modernized and upgraded. Inside the apartments, interior renovations were carried out, including new kitchens and bathrooms as well as individual customizations in the living spaces. This resulted in modern, functional, and comfortable apartments that meet today’s requirements for urban living.

Particular attention was paid to careful planning and efficient implementation of the renovation measures. By selectively renewing key building elements, the lifespan of the properties was extended and their long-term value retention ensured. At the same time, the appearance of the development was modernized and harmoniously enhanced.

HRS Real Estate AG executed the project as the general contractor and assumed project and construction management with a full guarantee of cost, quality, and schedule. Thanks to professional coordination of all parties involved and consistent implementation of the defined project goals, the renovation was successfully completed.
