Ifangweg 1 - 11

With the Ifangweg 1–11 project in Uster, HRS carried out a comprehensive modernization of an existing residential complex, creating contemporary living spaces tailored to the needs of today’s residents. The six apartment buildings, dating from the late 1960s, were carefully renovated and made sustainable for the future.

As part of the renovation, a total of 72 apartments were modernized and significantly upgraded in terms of functionality and living comfort. The work included the renovation of kitchens and bathrooms as well as individual adaptations to the living rooms and bedrooms. Through these targeted interventions, the apartments were adapted to current living needs and their long-term appeal was enhanced.

Particular attention was paid to cost-effective and efficient implementation, as well as to preserving the value of the existing building stock. The modernization was carried out with great care and in accordance with the requirements of contemporary living. The result is a residential environment that combines comfort, functionality, and sustainability.

HRS served as the general contractor for the project and was responsible for project and construction management with a full guarantee of cost, quality, and schedule. The result is a sustainably upgraded residential complex that offers residents a high quality of living in the long term while simultaneously securing the property’s value.
