The VAT Group Innovation Center

The VAT Group Innovation Center in Haag (SG) is a new building with approximately 12,000 m² of space for laboratories, offices, an auditorium and catering facilities. It brings together all of VAT’s research and development activities in Switzerland under one roof and provides around 400 workplaces. The project was delivered between 2023 and 2024 by HRS Real Estate AG as total contractor. The building is LEED Gold certified, operated on a 100% CO₂-neutral basis and uses groundwater, heat pumps and photovoltaic systems for its energy supply.
