Kochareal

The project consists of residential and commercial uses in a four-part building complex: an 85-metre-high high-rise with 28 storeys, an eight-storey row house and a single-storey plinth building. A community pavilion is located on the roof garden above the base building. All upper floors house around 200 flats, the ground floors are used for commercial purposes, among other things, and a medium-sized grocery shop will move into the plinth building.
