Le Pré de la Fontaine

In Carrouge, in the rural Jorat region above Lausanne, HRS Real Estate SA developed the Le Pré de la Fontaine residential community. The project comprises 21 single-family homes, including 3 detached villas and 18 semi-detached homes and thus offers a diverse range of housing options in a quiet, green setting with views of the rolling hills of the Jorat.

As the project developer and general contractor with full guarantees for cost, quality, and schedule, HRS Real Estate SA carried out the construction project on behalf of MBI Immobilier SA, Romont. Zimmermann Architectes SA, Gland, was responsible for the architectural design.

With a construction volume (SIA 416) of 15,931 m³ and a gross floor area of 5,592 m² (usable area: 3,387 m²), the total cost amounted to approximately CHF 14 million. Construction took place from June 2014 to February 2016.
