Leuk-Susten is a Swiss municipality at the gateway to Upper Valais. It stretches along both banks of the Rhône and boasts one of the largest pine forests in Central Europe. These characteristics make it a municipality surrounded by nature.

In the locality of “Briggmattu,” the development of seven 100% residential buildings offers 2.5-, 3.5-, and 4.5-room apartments in a green setting with excellent public transport links. The neighborhood has a total of 116 apartments built to Minergie standards.
