Les Sauvabelines

Les Sauvabelines creates a contemporary residential ensemble in Lausanne, consisting of two new buildings with a total of 51 residential units. Following the demolition of the existing workshop building, a modern development is being created that integrates into the existing neighbourhood and offers new living spaces in a well-connected location.

The buildings are complemented by an underground car park with 38 parking spaces, ensuring functional access. The project also includes a civil protection shelter, integrated into the overall planning and expanding the technical requirements of the development.

Particular attention is given to sustainable energy supply. Photovoltaic installations on the roofs and geothermal probes contribute to efficient energy use and support future-oriented construction. Les Sauvabelines thus combines modern residential comfort, functional infrastructure and ecological responsibility in an attractive overall project.
