Les Triaudes

The Les Triaudes project in Ecublens (VD) has resulted in a modern residential building specifically designed to meet the needs of students. In total, the project comprises 264 beds, distributed among studio apartments and shared apartments with 2, 3, and 5 rooms.

The varied living concept allows for flexible use and offers both private spaces for relaxation and opportunities for communal living. This creates a vibrant environment that optimally supports students’ daily lives.

The building is complemented by an underground parking facility with 69 spaces, which ensures functional infrastructure and further enhances the site’s appeal.

Les Triaudes is a project that combines modern architecture, well-thought-out living concepts, and functional solutions, making a significant contribution to the supply of student housing in the region.
