The “Lichthof multi-generation centre” project in Uster has created a modern, intergenerational center that brings together housing, care, services, and recreational activities under one roof. The development was designed as a versatile gathering place and provides space for different life stages and needs. The multifunctional building includes a care center, 53 apartments, commercial and service spaces, as well as a leisure and community center. The various uses complement one another and foster interaction between generations. HRS Real Estate AG executed the project as the general contractor and ensured its successful completion in terms of cost, quality, and schedule.
