Limmattalstrasse 352-360

The Limmattalstrasse 352–360 project in Zurich involved the comprehensive modernization and sustainable renovation of an existing residential complex. The goal of the renovation was to enhance residents’ living comfort, improve the buildings’ functionality, and prepare the property for future needs in the long term. The extensive renovation work was carried out while the buildings remained occupied, which required careful planning and precise coordination of all construction processes.

As part of the project, kitchens and bathrooms were completely renovated, and selected apartments were adapted to modern living needs through consolidation. At the same time, a comprehensive renovation of the building envelope was carried out, improving both the energy efficiency and the exterior appearance of the residential complex. The renovation of the existing elevator systems and the enlargement of the balconies further contribute to a noticeable improvement in living quality and create attractive additional outdoor space for the residents.

HRS Real Estate AG executed the project as the general contractor and ensured its successful completion in terms of cost, quality, and schedule. Despite the challenging conditions of working in an occupied building, the work was carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption to the tenants. The renovation of the residential complex has created a modern and sustainable living environment that enhances the property’s value in the long term and generates lasting added value for both owners and residents.
