Lindencenter

With the Lindencenter project in Güttingen, a modern commercial building has been realized, bringing together a Coop retail store and a new Raiffeisen self-service facility. The center provides contemporary local amenities and sustainably enhances the attractiveness of the location.

A strong focus was placed on sustainability throughout the development. State-of-the-art refrigeration units were installed, with their waste heat efficiently reused for heating the building. In addition, the comprehensive use of LED lighting significantly reduces energy consumption compared to conventional construction methods.

The clean architectural design and functional layout create a modern appearance while ensuring efficient operations. Lindencenter thus stands for forward-looking construction, energy efficiency and high usability.

The project was delivered by HRS as total contractor, meeting the highest standards of quality, functionality and sustainable solutions.
