Lindenhofstrasse 4a-c

The Lindenhofstrasse 4a–c project in Bülach involved the comprehensive modernization of an existing residential property and its sustainable adaptation for the future. As part of the complete renovation, the kitchens and bathrooms were fully refurbished, floor plans were optimized, and selected apartments and interior spaces were adapted to meet today’s standards for living comfort and functionality. In addition, an attic apartment was added, creating additional high-quality living space.

A key component of the project was the energy-efficient and structural renovation of the building envelope, including the flat roof. The renovation helped ensure the long-term durability of the property while sustainably improving the quality of life for residents. Through targeted interventions, the existing building structure was upgraded and adapted to modern living standards.

The project posed special challenges for planning and execution, as all work was carried out while the building remained occupied. As the general contractor, HRS Renovation AG assumed responsibility for coordinating and implementing the renovation and ensured compliance with the defined cost, quality, and schedule targets. The successful modernization of the 25 apartments resulted in a contemporary and future-proof residential complex that meets the long-term needs of the residents and sustainably enhances the property’s value.
