Cellar conversion with new compartments (cellar / washing) and replacement of housing technology (ventilation, heating, sanitation). Renovation of staircases on two office floors. Total extension of three attic apartments as well as complete renovation of the roof and partial renovation of the façade (paint, windows, blinds).
