New Market Migros, reconstruction / refurbishment

The Neumarkt Migros project in St. Gallen involved the comprehensive modernization of a central shopping destination to make it fit for the future. As part of a complete renovation, the Migros retail spaces and the surrounding commercial areas on the first basement level were fully refurbished.

The goal of the project was to revitalize the shopping center in order to strengthen the location sustainably and meet the requirements of a modern shopping experience. A key component of this was the tenant fit-out for Migros MMM, which optimized functional processes while enabling a contemporary design.

The targeted renovation of the spaces created an attractive, customer-oriented environment that offers clear added value for both visitors and tenants.

The renovation of the Neumarkt Migros demonstrates how existing shopping centers can be successfully redeveloped and positioned for the long term through well-planned measures.
