Flexible working and living environments with an urban character are being created on the foundations of an old cement factory. The groundbreaking centerpiece of Nova Brunnen was created in the first construction phase: The "Attractor" is a high-contrast ensemble with five excitingly staged buildings and a central meeting place. By incorporating the historic industrial buildings, the origin and provenance of the site remain tangible. Around this core, a well-mixed quarter for living and working with state-of-the-art infrastructure and recreational areas right on the doorstep is being created in stages.
