Pré-Fleuri

The Pré-Fleuri residential complex was built on Route de la Clochatte in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, north of Lausanne and just a 15-minute bus ride from the city center. The architectural complex features a large, tree-lined courtyard surrounded by three buildings arranged in a U-shape, with several children’s play areas, quiet zones, and extensive tree plantings. The buildings were designed by two independent architectural firms, which used the same materials but gave each building its own distinctive character.

A total of 128 high-quality and attractive rental apartments were created, ranging from studios to 5-room apartments, including 17 private studios—complemented by an underground parking garage with 84 parking spaces. The apartments in one of the building units, which features a habitable first penthouse floor, boast a spacious living area. The buildings are equipped with solar collectors and photovoltaic systems.

As the general contractor with a full guarantee covering costs, quality, and deadlines, HRS Real Estate SA carried out the construction project on behalf of UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG, Basel. The architectural design was handled by Bureau Trovatelli Ferdinand Architecte, Prilly, and Wurlod Architectes SA, Lausanne.

With a floor area of 15,587 m², construction spanned from February 2016 to May 2018; the first phase was already handed over to the new tenants at the end of February 2018.
