Raiffeisen Bank Centre

With the Raiffeisen Center, a striking and forward-looking corporate headquarters for Raiffeisen Switzerland has been created in St. Gallen. The project combines modern office and administrative spaces, a high-performance data center, attractive retail and service areas, and residential units within a comprehensive urban design concept.

The new building was specifically designed to meet the requirements of a modern financial services provider and creates optimal conditions for efficient workflows, innovative technologies, and a high-quality user experience. By combining various uses, the Raiffeisen Center also makes an important contribution to the revitalization and further development of St. Gallen’s city center.

As project developer and general contractor, HRS was responsible for the planning and execution of the project and ensured its successful completion in terms of cost, quality, and schedule. Today, the Raiffeisen Center ranks among the most prominent business and administrative locations in Eastern Switzerland.
