With the realization of the multi-faceted infrastructure and educational development «Rosenegg» in Kreuzlingen, Canton of Thurgau, HRS Real Estate AG demonstrated masterclass expertise as general contractor in combining modern purpose-built facilities, historical building stock, and public services. The complex site merges a diverse range of uses under one roof: it encompasses the vocational school, the central fire station for the City of Kreuzlingen, and specialized educational and commercial spaces housing an electrical trade school, a tailoring workshop, and a hairdressing academy as long-term tenants. An integral component of the overall project was the expert renovation of the historic Torggel (wine press) building and its adjacent agricultural outbuilding.

The site's architecture impresses through a harmonious interplay between bold exposed concrete elements, modern glass ribbon facades, and sensitively restored historic structures. The spatial and logistical layout strictly separates the emergency operations of the fire department from the daily routines of the vocational school to ensure maximum safety and operational efficiency. Classrooms, workshops, and studios benefit from optimal daylighting, state-of-the-art building automation, and highly flexible floor plans. During the historic restoration of the heritage buildings, primary focus was placed on sustainable structural preservation and thermal upgrades. Thanks to precise project management, masterclass interface management, and uncompromising execution quality, HRS successfully handed over this key municipal and educational hub.
