The first basement level includes an underground car park with 26 parking spaces, providing residents with convenient parking facilities. The second basement level features rentable storage rooms as well as private cellar compartments for the apartments.

For this project, HRS Real Estate AG acts as both project developer and general contractor, ensuring full cost, quality, and schedule certainty throughout all phases of implementation.

The architectural design was created by Burkhalter Sumi Architekten GmbH in Zurich. The client is HRS Investment AG, based in Frauenfeld.
