Seegang

The Seegang residential project in Uttwil was built directly on the shores of Lake Constance, on a plot of land measuring approximately 3,000 m² and surrounded by parkland, the lakeshore, and fruit trees. The wonderful location inspired a distinctive architectural style that does justice to living right on the lakeshore: large window walls and spacious outdoor areas characterize the two new buildings, allowing the interior to breathe in harmony with the outdoors. Through its choice of materials, the architecture highlights the beauty of the local natural surroundings and blends harmoniously into the landscape.

A total of 15 condominiums with 3.5 to 5.5 rooms were built in two apartment buildings; each unit faces the lake. Richter Dahl Rocha & Associés architectes SA, Lausanne, was responsible for the architecture in collaboration with Brack Bauleistungen AG, Bottighofen.

As the investor, project developer, and general contractor with full cost, quality, and schedule guarantees, HRS Investment AG, Frauenfeld, carried out the construction project.

On a plot of 6,264 m², the total cost amounted to approximately CHF 15.3 million. Construction took place from 2017 to 2019.
