Sennhüttenstrasse 37/39 Heubachstrasse 10/14

With the complete renovation of the apartment buildings at Sennhüttenstrasse 37/39 and Heubachstrasse 10/14 in Horgen, HRS carried out a comprehensive modernization of existing residential structures and created contemporary living spaces designed to meet current and future needs. The project combines the preservation of the existing building fabric with a sustainable enhancement of living quality, energy efficiency, and functionality.

As part of the renovation, the building envelope and technical infrastructure were extensively renewed. The flat roofs were fitted with modern thermal insulation, while windows, balconies, and numerous interior areas were carefully modernized. In addition, the project included the renovation of kitchens, bathrooms, apartment doors, and all living spaces, thereby sustainably enhancing the value of the apartments.

Particular attention was paid to the long-term preservation of the properties’ value as well as to cost-effective and high-quality implementation. Thanks to these comprehensive measures, living comfort, energy efficiency, and the attractiveness of the development were significantly enhanced without losing the character of the existing residential complex.

HRS managed the project from analysis and concept development through to completion as the general contractor, with a full guarantee on costs, quality, and schedule. The result is a modernized residential complex that meets the requirements of contemporary living and creates long-term added value for both owners and residents.
