Steinmuri

The Steinmüri project in Pfäffikon resulted in a high-quality residential development that combines modern living with a respectful approach to the existing building fabric. Six new apartment buildings with a total of 42 condominiums and two underground parking garages were constructed on the site. In addition, the existing Steinmüri building was transformed into 14 additional condominiums through partial demolition followed by new construction. This resulted in a diverse range of housing options in an attractive location.

The project combines contemporary architecture, high-quality living, and careful integration into the existing surroundings. Spacious floor plans, modern living concepts, and attractive outdoor and green spaces create a pleasant living environment tailored to diverse needs. The phased implementation enabled efficient project execution while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.

HRS Real Estate AG acted as the project developer in collaboration with Keystone Development AG and, as the general contractor, was responsible for the successful execution of the project. From development through planning to construction, HRS ensured compliance with the defined cost, quality, and schedule targets. In collaboration with Steinmüri, a forward-looking residential development was created that sustainably strengthens Pfäffikon as a residential location and generates long-term added value for property owners, residents, and the region.
