Aesch-Reinach
In April 2020, HRS and the Turidomus Real Estate Investment Foundation acquired the Stöcklin site, a former industrial site in Reinach and Aesch, near Basel. The ambitious district plan envisions a lively, mixed-use neighbourhood spanning 35,000m2, incorporating residential, commercial and service spaces. Part of the site remained under Stöcklin Ag’s ownership, where a senior and nursing home was developed in a second construction phase. HRS successfully coordinated the realisation of this complex project through a unique collaboration with four leading architecture firms.
Two residential towers, the Max Towers, designed by Max Dudler, feature a total of 120 condominiums. A third high-rise and additional spaces, developed for Turidomus, include 140 rental apartment as well as service and commercial areas. The result is a diverse range of offerings, attracting a mixed and dynamic community.
