Tièchestrasse

Through the Tièchestrasse project in Zurich, HRS partnered with the Federal Employees’ Building Cooperative (BEP) to create a modern residential complex that combines affordable housing, a high quality of life, and sustainable construction. The project creates an attractive living environment for people of all ages and makes a significant contribution to the long-term development of cooperative housing in the city of Zurich.

The development comprises 75 cooperative apartments and 30 condominiums, offering a diverse range of housing options to meet various needs. The development concept is complemented by a daycare center, which further enlivens the neighborhood and supports the balance between family and career. An underground parking garage ensures efficient access and allows for spacious open areas at ground level.

The modern architecture is characterized by clean lines, high-quality materials, and spacious outdoor areas. Particular attention was paid to creating meeting zones and communal areas that foster neighborly interaction and sustainably enhance the quality of life. Thanks to its construction in accordance with the MINERGIE standard, the development also meets high standards for energy efficiency and sustainability.

HRS supported the project as project developer, investor, and general contractor with a full guarantee on costs, quality, and schedule. The result is a forward-looking residential development that ideally combines modern living, social diversity, and sustainable development.
