Total renovation of Hauptstrasse 34 in Binningen. The 6-storey building with two basements was redesigned for a mixed conversion of residential/commercial/post office use. In order to achieve the desired conversions, comprehensive renovation measures are being carried out in the interior, the façade and the shell with earthquake strengthening.
