The new building for Trafag AG in Bubikon has created a modern corporate campus that combines production, development, and administration within a forward-looking architectural concept. The project was specifically designed to meet the needs of an internationally active technology company and provides optimal conditions for efficient operations, innovation, and further growth.

The new building includes modern office and production spaces, an engine test room, a freight forwarding facility, and an underground parking garage. The construction of the production areas with cleanroom conditions—which enable the manufacture of high-quality sensors under controlled conditions—posed particularly high challenges. The functional layout of the various spaces ensures short distances, efficient processes, and optimal connectivity between the individual business units.

The architecture combines a clear, timeless design with high functionality, creating a prestigious appearance for the Trafag AG headquarters. At the same time, technical and operational requirements were consistently integrated into the planning to enable long-term flexible use of the spaces.

HRS Real Estate AG executed the project as the general contractor and assumed overall responsibility for its successful implementation. Through precise planning, close collaboration with the client, and strict adherence to cost, quality, and schedule targets, a high-performance corporate location was created that sustainably supports the innovative strength and future growth of Trafag AG.
