Tribschen LOU

Tribschen LOU implements the winning project from the 2019 study commission in Lucerne and creates a contemporary new building with a diverse mix of uses. The project comprises 147 apartments, commercial spaces on the ground floor and a single-level underground car park.

The combination of residential and commercial uses strengthens the urban quality of the site and contributes to a lively environment. While the apartments offer modern living spaces in a well-connected location, the ground-floor uses help activate the neighbourhood.

The underground car park complements the project functionally and ensures efficient access. Thanks to the clear building structure, careful integration into the existing context and the mixed-use concept, an attractive urban element is being created for Lucerne.
