Unique One Headquarters

The Unique One Headquarter project at Zurich Airport has created a modern corporate headquarters that meets the high demands of an internationally oriented business environment. The administrative building combines office space, dining facilities, technical infrastructure, and parking into a functional overall concept, creating optimal conditions for efficient workflows and future growth.

The new building offers modern office space for approximately 450 employees and was specifically designed to meet the needs of a dynamic corporate location. The space is complemented by a staff restaurant with 200 seats, a high-performance data center, and various ancillary and technical rooms. The spacious and flexible areas enable efficient organization of work processes and create an attractive work environment for employees and visitors.

The striking architecture and high-quality building finishes give the headquarters a strong identity and underscore the site’s significance within the airport grounds. Thanks to its excellent accessibility and immediate proximity to national and international transportation links, the building offers ideal conditions for a modern company with an international focus.

HRS Real Estate AG executed the project as the general contractor and assumed overall responsibility for planning and execution. Through close collaboration with the client and rigorous management of costs, quality, and schedules, the project was successfully completed.
