Via Castausio 2b

The Via Castausio 2b project in Lugano involved the comprehensive renovation of two apartment buildings, bringing them up to today’s standards for quality of living, comfort, and energy efficiency. The modernization significantly enhanced the existing residential complex and created contemporary living spaces in an attractive location. The development is complemented by a three-story underground parking garage with 36 parking spaces, which offers residents convenient access.

The project focused on maintaining the long-term value of the properties and improving the quality of living for the tenants. Through careful planning and execution, the buildings were modernized technically and architecturally without losing their character.
