The Vignolant 25 project in Neuchâtel (NE) has resulted in a modern residential building that stands out for its location and architecture. As part of the project, two existing buildings were first demolished to make way for a new nine-story structure.
The building comprises a total of 56 rental apartments, all of which benefit from an attractive orientation with a view of the lake. The residential offering is complemented by a two-story underground parking garage with 62 parking spaces, providing residents with additional convenience.
The project posed unique challenges for planning and execution: The structure is located in close proximity to railroad tracks, which required precise coordination and placed heightened demands on construction processes and logistics.
Despite these constraints, a high-quality residential project was realized that combines modern architecture, an attractive location, and functional solutions, thereby creating new living space in Neuchâtel.
