Winzerpark

The Winzerpark project in Allschwil has created a modern residential complex specifically designed to meet the needs of assisted living. A total of five new buildings with 60 residential units were constructed, offering a comfortable and safe home in a high-quality setting.

The project is complemented by an underground parking garage, ensuring practical and efficient access. A particular highlight is the repurposing of the existing villa, which was renovated and expanded to accommodate dining and administrative functions.
