Total renovation of the building shell to comply with Minergie standards. New glazing for balconies and new conservatories. Installation of a controlled, decentralised ventilation system. Total refurbishment of bathrooms and kitchens and soft room renovation. Concrete restoration in the covered car park and redesign of the surroundings. The 44 (vacant) apartments were renovated in three phases.
