Quartet | Handover of keys

Today, we have not only officially closed the fourth stage, but several years of development and construction of an emblematic project in Geneva.
Since its inception in 2012, we have built a university, a hotel, commercial and administrative areas, as well as a car park and meeting spaces. Our Geneva branch even moved there in 2021.
Seven years after the building permit was granted, we celebrated the end of this adventure today by sharing a convivial moment with the project owner, Swisscanto Anlagestiftung, after a handover ceremony.
