Handover of the keys to the two "La Bâtie" buildings in Petit-Lancy

On the occasion of the handover of the two buildings, we wanted to mark the occasion with a small official ceremony, in the presence of the two project owners, the Municipal real estate foundation of Lancy and Forum of the Real Estate Development Sales

It was the perfect opportunity to express our gratitude for their collaboration and constant trust throughout the project.

Now ready to welcome their first occupants, the two buildings feature 64 comfortable apartments and a 50-space underground parking lot.

HRS is delighted with this achievement and looks forward to seeing these spaces come to life with the arrival of the new tenants.
