Key Handover at Sauvabelines
The official key handover today marked the successful completion of two rental buildings with Minergie certification.
As planned, tenants of the 51 apartments ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 rooms will move in starting April 1, 2024.
The buildings are equipped with a geothermal heat pump and solar panels, thus meeting the requirements for sustainable development.
The underground garage with 38 parking spaces is equipped with electric charging stations.
We are pleased to have completed this construction in partnership with Bellerive Immobilien AG, to whom we express our gratitude for their trust during the construction period.
