Summer Brewing, The Topping-Out Ceremony Before the Holidays

The atmosphere last night was particularly festive as we celebrated the topping-out ceremony of the new "La Valaisanne" brewery. HRS gathered with the project owner to thank the craftsmen for their dedication and expertise. This milestone in the construction process marks the rapid progress of the project, which promises to bring new flavors to Vétroz soon.

Currently, 95% of the ground floor walls are completed, and the slabs for the first floor have been successfully poured. This allows for a clear visualization of the future building's structure. Additionally, all the brewery tanks have been installed, marking a significant step in the interior development. The steel framework of the main hall is also in place.

HRS is very enthusiastic about the continuation of this project and sincerely thanks all the teams involved for their excellent work and commitment.
