St.Gallen pension fund acquires "Chez Fritz"

The St.Galler Pensionskasse has signed the purchase and realization contracts for the planned "Chez Fritz" high-rise building at the entrance to the town of Buchs. HRS has developed this flagship project in recent years and is also responsible for the realization of the building on behalf of the pension fund as total contractor.

The development of this 21-storey building with attractive apartments, office, restaurant and retail space in the immediate vicinity of the train station took more than ten years, and planning permission was granted in 2023.
