Wankdorfcity 3: Topping-out of a commercial building

On June 27, the topping-out ceremony for construction site 2 of the Wankdorfcity 3 project took place in the presence of the client, Immosol AG (and other parties involved). HRS is the total contractor for this project.

On the Wankdorfcity 3 site north of the Wankdorf S-Bahn station, a «stacked city» is being built on 34,000 square metres that reinterprets urban coexistence. A commercial building will be realised in advance on construction site 2. This will allow existing tenants to remain on the site and move into this new building before the existing buildings are demolished. The building will contain service areas and a car park.
