In the heart of Geneva, the Wendt project involved the comprehensive modernization and expansion of an existing rental apartment building. The combination of renovation, remodeling, and adding additional stories creates additional living space while giving the building a new architectural identity.

The development comprises a total of 38 rental apartments as well as two retail spaces, which complement the residential offerings with neighborhood-oriented amenities. The redesigned facades and the clear architectural language blend harmoniously into the urban environment while adding modern accents.

Particular attention was paid to the further development of the existing building structure. The addition of new floors created additional living space, while the comprehensive renovation brings the property up to the latest standards in terms of technology, energy efficiency, and functionality.

Wendt combines sustainable densification with contemporary living comfort and demonstrates how existing buildings can be enhanced in the long term through targeted transformation.
