Residential development on Seerainstrasse

HRS intends to develop the current meadow on Seerainstrasse in Steckborn (TG), below the Emmig sports field, with a single-family house, three semi-detached houses and four apartment buildings with a total of 40 owner-occupied and rental apartments as well as an underground parking garage.

The indicative project by Thurgau architects Staufer and Hasler has already been submitted to the cantonal authorities for preliminary examination. The town of Steckborn will hold a twenty-day consultation period for this project from March 5, 2024 and publish it officially.
